It was an amazing experience. They were really foreigner friendly and helpful. We had a room without windows and when asked for an air conditioner they immediately helped with everything, checked on us everyday. The room was really good designed, big, clean. Same goes for the bathroom. Everything was amazing. Thank you so much!

it's not bad hotel but feels bit old, the room inside was decent, Shower works properly which is good, location to attractions is reasonable but will need to call taxi to get there, but for the price in Shanghai it's ok.

This hotel is my absolute choice when I come to Shanghai in the future. The service attitude is really great. The front desk staff are very patient and polite. If I lost my room card, they would accompany me to look for it in case I left it in my room. They even told me to find it before I checked out. Refunding my money, sometimes it's not just 20 yuan, this considerate attitude is very comfortable. The hotel should be newly renovated, very clean, and the transportation is very convenient. It is only 300 meters away from the subway entrance, and it is more than a kilometer away from the Bund City God's Temple on foot. I can't say enough about this location and this cost-effectiveness.
