The hotel is in a good location, and it's convenient to take a taxi. Especially for meals, you can eat everything you want when you go out, including Northeastern, Hunan, Sichuan, Cantonese, and local cuisine! Will come again next time

Service: The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic

The washbasin was clogged, the sheets were torn, hair was found, and the room smelled bad. It seemed that the room was not cleaned after the previous guests left, and the girl at the front desk had a bad attitude. Too bad

The room is quite big, and there is a separate small sofa. Since the room is close to the road, the sound of cars, horns, and the voices of pedestrians on the roadside can be heard clearly. The bathroom is relatively clean, but towels and garbage are clearly visible. The buckets are very old, and the bedding smells a little bit dusty or damp, so it's okay for a one-night stay.

The environment is very good, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also super considerate. From check-in to facilities to services, it is the ceiling of the surrounding area. The room is clean and tidy, and the overall layout is very nice✌️

Bath water is hot and cold Air conditioning failure: 9 o'clock + feedback on the problem will be dealt with immediately, 10 + inquiry on the reply has been fixed. 11+ Feedback again that the air conditioner is not heating. When 12+ inquired again, they reported that the air-conditioning maintenance technician was expected to arrive at the scene at two to three o'clock. In the middle of the reply, there is a problem with the air conditioning in all rooms. At 1 o'clock, I offered to change rooms. Note: The feedback process includes proactively adding quilts. Didn't accept changing rooms in the middle of the night. Please pay attention to customer complaints and feedback processing timely.
