The hotel is terrible, the hygiene is poor, there are small bugs on the bed, and there are hairpins left by the previous guest. I have already recommended this hotel to many friends to come to Disney. Unexpectedly, the National Day holiday can still live in a 200 hotel, the price is too high. It is preferred for couples and families with children. (There is a small flaw. The hotel management needs to be strengthened. Although the service is quite good in all aspects, the professionalism can be improved a little more and perfect! 我們訂的是王子兩人房，帶的孩子比較多，問前台能不能升級一下房間？後來前台給我們升級了王子三人房，三張1.5米的大床，大人和孩子終於不用擠在一起睡了。房間很卡通，孩子很喜歡。之前在**訂的住宿和迪士尼門票一起的套票，可是預約的時候説胡桃夾子酒店的房間滿了。最後忍痛單獨訂了房間，老闆很好，孩子的早餐都是免費的，在一個旅遊城市，能讓我們一行人吃飽喝足出去玩，讓我們有了家的感覺。前台還給我們送了兩個米奇髮箍和一次性雨衣，早上🈶班車接送，省了很多事情。

前台的小哥哥，小姐姐都特別好，有問必答。第一天到的比較早給我們升級了三床的房間，房間一般吧。但是這次旅程勝在性價比，首先送了迪士尼髮箍，然後還配了免費的導遊。因為有導遊，所以整個迪士尼的行程特別順暢，項目刷了好幾個，看了兩部劇目，花車巡遊，煙花，來回接送的車都安排的剛剛好！值得一個👍

特別棒的一次體驗，第一天晚上10點抵達，前台幫我們升級了冰雪奇緣主題的家庭房，入住房間後工作人員還特地送來了，第二天去迪士尼遊玩可以戴的髮箍、雷鳴山漂流的雨衣和爆米花，今天退房的時候，店長還給我們申請了免費的停車券，兩天的行程讓我們感受到了極致的峯值體驗，推薦大家來喲～
