The location is very good, just across the road from Exit 1 of the subway station, but unfortunately I went to the wrong Exit 2 and ended up taking half of my life around.……
The room is a bit small. It’s just right for one person to live in, but two people seem to be crowded. This room type is more suitable for one person on a business trip.……
The facilities are complete, there are refrigerators, washing machines, etc., but the room that I arranged for me cannot be connected to the wifi, and is there any laundry detergent? Other than that, the rest is pretty good, it is worth ordering again

性價比很高 而且離地鐵站特別近 房間挺大的 就是衞生間牙具沒有清理乾淨 總體衞生還是好的 隔音有點差 出入很方便 離我要去的地方就兩站地鐵 幾乎不用走什麼路 總體評價就是特別值 性價比高 方便

吹風機是壞的 空調漏水 地板上都是水 牆壁上也是水 廁所洗澡的地方很小的
衞生：不是很乾凈的 拖鞋也是 有頭髮 沒有浴帽 個人覺得 住一晚還是可以 連住不行的 畢竟上海住宿的公寓價格在這呢 好的 肯定很貴 衹是這個價格 在我們這邊住的酒店就很好很好了

#衞生是公寓型的，附近有華聯超市，離地鐵3號線非常近，離上海站非常近，地鐵兩個站。非常便捷。且房間也很大。

離地鐵口非常近，衹是上海這個地鐵站出口沒有電梯。房間整體還可以，床有點點硬，個別角落衞生有點遺漏。但是特別要點贊——老闆提前給開了空調！真的非常感謝！這一點對夏天的上海來説，特別特別貼心。

有幾盞路燈對着窗户照，而且特別亮，窗簾根本擋不住，光線會通過上面的縫透進來，亮得睡不着覺。凌晨了還是燈火通明，還以為是外面在蹦迪，結果是路燈。隔音效果差！早上被樓下的聲音吵醒了，還能聽到他們説話的內容，是在指揮倒車。
再説下設施方面，傢俱很舊，沙發和椅子看起來都像二手的，坐都不太敢坐，床邊的插頭也是壞的，不過好在插頭較多。
其他的沒什麼大問題，最大的優勢還是地段好，離地鐵站近，離火車站近，離景區也不遠，但是環境實在一般。

衞生是肉眼可見的不咋樣。沙發，椅子都很臟，油漬。門鎖老舊，有門縫。而且像老年人公寓，對門有個一直開門的老年人，看樣子像是長期居住的，都現在21:30了，噪音還很大。沒辦法，湊合一夜
