酒店一直打電話做回訪騷擾，我們家兩個長者住了兩天，晚上入住白天一早離開，沒有看過電視。因為掛斷服務回訪電話，九點懷恨在心，栽贓誣陷破壞電視又拿不出檢修單。這種酒店負責人良心太壞！停車也沒位子的，問就是不管！噁心再也不會來第二次了！再騷擾顧客我就報警！

雖然説是試營業期間但是房間很好呢，每次出去都會選擇入住維也納酒店，這一次也比較滿意，這家華和路的維也納位置我很喜歡，旁邊吃喝玩樂都有，還有地下停車場也很方便，總之這家還是不錯的

因為家就住在隔壁小區，朋友從外地來玩，就特意來了門口這家新開的維也納，酒店裝修風格應該是新升級的 比那些老的維也納要更年輕更時尚，酒店交通很方便，酒店就在華和路和真大路路口，樓下全是好吃的好喝的 ，點外賣也很方便！電視是50寸液晶電視足足有50 個頻道呢，衞生間淋浴花灑特別解壓，也許是夏天的緣故 出熱水速度特別快，也就幾秒的感覺，整體的體驗非常不錯，雖説是新酒店，但沒有異味，之後親戚朋友來了都住這裏了，準備成為忠實VIP啦[調皮]

換了有外窗的房間 雖然朝北至少透氣了
房間衞生無硬傷 書桌稍微小了一點
送餐機器人好評～速度也很快～
設施：
窗户無鎖釦無限位比較奇怪 晚上有點路面噪音 對我來説不影響睡眠
