每家維也納的設施都是比較老舊的，這家五角場維也納的也一樣，他們隔壁有在裝修，進入大堂有親切的問候聲，還很細心準備了耳塞，之前的老員工好像一個都不在，現在都是新員工培訓的特別好，還有淡淡的香味大堂，早餐比以前好吃太多了，也改善了很多，這個非常不錯的，房間的地毯也換成地板了.下次還會來

以前都是住華住會，第一次住錦江旗下的酒店，住完第一個感受就是非常的好，剛開始到前台還搞了一個烏龍，到後面前台工作人員跟負責人都非常的有責任心，又是道歉什麼的態度非常的好，所以説這家維也納還是非常的好值得去住，不像有的酒店服務態度極差不負責任，這家酒店希望繼續保持

帶孩子附近考試，很好的地理位置，房間臨街但很安靜，酒店略舊打掃很乾凈，前台到客房服務都很親切，床很舒服，枕頭又大又軟，晚上睡很好。
早餐品種很齊全，水果，麪條可以自助下很不錯，粥、麪包和各種小菜，牛奶、果汁和豆漿，很多選擇營養也搭配很好。

再次入住維也納，之前都是打電話預訂，這次沒打通怕沒房間，就在網上預訂了，他們家一如既往的不錯，服務方面，房間方面，在包括早餐方面都是非常好，每一次都不會失望.他們家換了洗衣機。這一次看起來更高級.

房間寬敞明亮舒適温馨，衞生沒話説，酒店的服務員非常的熱情周到，酒店周邊也很方便，隔壁有超市，早餐店，沒有多遠還有個商場，酒店早餐非常豐富，花樣多，酒店性價比還是很高的.
