This hotel is friendly to foreigners. The free shuttle bus is on time and very convenient to travel to the airport and Disneyland. The buffet breakfast served good but same menu everyday. The bed and pillow provided is so so as it is too soft. Toilet is equipped with towels and basic utilities like shampoo and hair dryer. Walking distance to family mart and lawson which opens 24 hours a day. Will recommend this hotel to travellers who is transiting for a night or going to Disneyland.

Good for sleeping purpose. I was there for just a night, the good thing is, they have free transpo to pick me up in the airport & vice versa. You can also booked if you wanna go to Disneyland. Receptionist was nice and was easy to check in. A bit old facility but bed was comfortable & was nice stay.

Good service including hotel front staff, shuttle bus and packed breakfast. Additionally, good location to find a restaurant and convenience store. However, it's quite noisy in the room.

Great price, clean and comfortable room and staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service (to and fro Shanghai Pudong International Airport) made everything so easy for me especially when arriving in the midnight. Just follow the direction and photos they emailed to you. Shuttle bus leaves on time as per schedule. The free buffet breakfast was also good and there were many options. The only setback is the rooms do not have fridge.

the best hotel i have stayed .. room is as advertised SUPER SPACIOUS , with free breakfast and free shuttle bus to the airport, overall it is super worth the money, but only thing is that it is far from city center as it is located in pudong, thats all, had a pleasant stay!!

Friendly and helpful receptionists and shuttle drivers. Good brekkie. Comfy beds. Very happy with the airport and Disneyland shuttle. Cleaning service was terrible.

Perfect hotel with own shuttle service to and from the airport. Nice comfortable room. The room with a round bed, was a very chinese bed and pretty hard. The normal beds were a lot softer and better for us Europeans. Reception was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is typical chinese style, with boiled eggs and toast with jam.

Everythg is good, my suggestion is pls make 2 shift for shuttle bus to disneyland, 6.55 am is too early to get in the bus if u have kid to go together . And if u can prepred 2 shift/time bus to go back to the hotel is much better because 10.00 pm is to late for me who have kid to go back to the hotel and i need to walk about 2km to search and get in the bus. Tq so much❤️🤘🏻
