The next morning, I found that there were also large stains on a pillow. I gave the dirty bath towel to the front desk before about nine in the morning, and we went out. I went back to the hotel at noon and asked the front desk. A female service at the front desk said that she had checked the surveillance and the waiter had changed the bath towel, and the surveillance showed and confirmed that it was a clean bath towel that was replaced. I was very upset to hear this. We also analyzed it ourselves the night before and confirmed that it was not the stain we put on, and that the stain was really disgusting, a bit like blood stains. We didn't eat or drink anything after taking a shower the day before. No one from the hotel apologized. We asked the hotel manager to solve the problem. We continued to wait for a response. After checking out at 1:50 pm, I was ready to leave, but the front desk didn't respond. I couldn't help but ask if there was a response. A male waiter at the front desk said that the manager asked me how I wanted to solve the problem. I casually said, "I want to waive the room fee, are you willing?" The waiter actually continued to report it to the manager. I heard this was perfunctory. I just wanted to hear an apology. From the beginning to the end, no one apologized, and no one took the initiative to solve the problem!
