Convenient area because it’s near the subway and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy, very comfortable stay ☺️.

This hotel is garbage, nothing more I can say. Only one person in the front, who cannot speak one word of English and doesn't understand how to read a passport. She explained to my wife (Chinese) that the manager of this hotel quit so there was nobody that could assist us. She instead got a manager from a different Vienna Hotel to help us change rooms. I paid extra for an upgraded room and got downgraded instead. Room was noisy and the carpet had never been cleaned with the smell of smoke everywhere. Will give this hotel negative stars if I could. NEVER STAY HERE!
