The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and neat and had everything we required, the bed was really comfortable and we appreciated that. The location was abit far from the bund but it was nice and quiet with no traffic.

Room quite small, lighting quite dim. Bed on mezzanine level up creaky stairs. Huge TV in bed room. Chinese breakfast selection, plenty to select from but even getting to breakfast when it opens at 7am all hot food is cold.

Great stay. Hotel was very comfortable and good base for business meetings in Shanghai. Good facilities in room Excellent meeting rooms and workspaces on ground floor.

A beautiful spacious room with a large Queen size bed. Lighting is a little dim, however the goods easily outweigh the bad. Service and Reception were very very good

I did not expect that this hotel is way better than the previous hotels I have been in Shanghai. Breakfast is ok, friendly staff, and good location.
