Shanghai Disney Resort
It’s a pretty good hotel. Now people don’t know what’s wrong with this pretty good hotel. Why do some people give bad reviews? It’s not a recommendation from a friend. It almost misled me. Let me give you a brief introduction to our stay experience. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is between Disney and Pudong Airport. There is the Outer Ring Expressway, no traffic jams, and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel is near the east gate of Disney. Secondly, the hotel is very big. The decoration is not as good as that of a 5-star hotel, but it is cost-effective. It is also very clean and the sound insulation is also very good. It should be a boutique hotel, similar to the Hilton Wanpeng Hotel. Special note: there are many brand snacks downstairs in the hotel, which is economical. Affordable, and also has a boutique spa shop. Definitely praise! ! ! I hope it helps everyone, and I also give some suggestions to the merchants to maintain the reviews a little bit. For such a good hotel, poor reviews will affect the business. . . . . .

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. It was very high-end. There was no breakfast. The girl at the front desk said that it was the first time I came and gave me breakfast for free. The service was great and it was a good choice.

There are three reasons why there is no five-point praise: 1 The hotel swimming pool has been under maintenance for more than a month and is still unavailable. There was no prompt when booking the hotel. This is very disappointing for a person who brought swimming trunks and goggles. 2 After entering the room, I opened the toilet seat. There were heavy yellow traces of urine on the toilet seat. No one answered the call for room service. I called another service manager and asked someone to take care of it. After 20 minutes, the waiter came with cleaning tools. I came to clean it up, and a male staff member came twenty or thirty minutes later and said that the front desk told the guest to change rooms, but I did not make this request. 3 The attitude of all the staff is average, they are not enthusiastic about the guests, and they have to do their work.

Amazing hotel room with a fish tank! Perfect amenities. Hotel service couldn’t be more helpful. Bringing extra water and ice to the room. Hotel room was extremely hot the manager brought down a fan. Breakfast was very chaotic, food was cold. All in all would 100% stay again. Cliff light show was amazing, water light show was ok. If you want to use the swimming pool being a cap as we read on previous reviews it was needed. Check in was good and helpful. Very busy at checkin but the manager organized the line and told people to queue rather than finding an empty desk.

Facilities: Generally speaking, it is good, almost 4 stars➕ hotel standards, and it is worth mentioning that there are many entertainment facilities, similar to that kind of villa party Hygiene: Hygiene is super. Personally, I think the current non-standard hotels are much better than some group hotels. Service: The housekeeper is very enthusiastic. I saw the reviews and accused their service staff before. It was very good to contact them. They are all lovely staff. They are all responsive and can feel that they are serving attentively. The overall experience is ok, plan to come again next year

Really enjoyed the stay! Impeccable service upon arrival - from the concierge, check in was very smooth and butler was very helpful in assisting with our dinner reservation. The hotel tour is a must! Ms Wang, tour guide, takes her time to introduce and explain the details of the architecture from Ground Floor to 120F. We had to check our early morning (5:30am) and they packed our breakfast for us to bring to the airport. They also provided a small gift which is a nice gesture. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Shanghai, located on China's central coast, is the country's most populous city and one of the most vital financial hubs in the world. Shanghai's skyline, punctuated by the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower and the towering Shanghai Tower, paints a vivid picture of the city's impressive blend of traditional charm and modern flair.

Journeying to Shanghai

Shanghai's main international airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, offers numerous connections globally. Once there, you can reach downtown Shanghai using the Shanghai Maglev Train, buses, or taxis. For domestic travelers, high-speed trains offer an efficient means of travel.

The main mode of payment in China is usually through AliPay or WeChat Pay. Most places still accept credit and debit cards, but it's wise to carry some local currency (RMB) for smaller vendors. Mandarin is the official language, with Shanghainese also widely spoken. A translation app may come in handy when interacting with locals.

Attractions That Shine in Shanghai

Shanghai is brimming with must-see sights. Walk along the Bund to see colonial-era buildings against the backdrop of a modern skyline. Visit the tranquil Yuyuan Garden, an exquisite example of Ming Dynasty design. The Shanghai Museum hosts an extensive collection of Chinese historical artifacts, and the Shanghai Disney Resort promises fun for the entire family.

Shanghai's Seasons and Apparel

Shanghai has a humid subtropical climate. Summers (June-August) are hot and humid, while winters (December-February) can be quite cold. The best times to visit are autumn (September-November) and spring (March-May), when the weather is moderate. Pack a mix of lightweight and warm clothing to adjust to fluctuating temperatures in Shanghai.
