Capella Shanghai Jian Ye Li

Hengshan Road Area Shanghai|2.52km from LinXiMing XianDai JianZhi YiShuGuan

Latest booking 19 hrs ago

Located in the bustling business district of Xuhui, Capella is much better than the ones in Hainan! It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, making it very convenient to go out for a walk or ride a bike. Although the design of the small five-story building is climbed up and down, the functional areas are indeed divided very well. The sanitation and cleaning are good. Both bathrooms and toilets are smart and have heating functions. They are very friendly to friends who come to Shanghai in the winter. The audio-visual room does not disturb teammates who want to sleep. The light shading in the room is excellent and the sound insulation is very good. , it was quite quiet all night (but I don’t know if it was because there were few or no neighboring guests), which was appreciated by teammates who suffer from insomnia. The service is also very good. From the time of check-in, every employee takes the initiative to say hello, greets you with a smile, and responds quickly to requests. As for breakfast, I think it can be improved. Breakfast is a la carte service and can be ordered and delivered to the room. I went to the restaurant to eat, but my expectations may have been too high. I felt that the product that day was not at an excellent level, and the staff did not feel very busy. Why do I always have to ask for more tea? Haha... The last unhappy thing is that because I like their body wash, I bought it for home use, but I forgot to check it in when I boarded the plane, and the security personnel took it away in vain😭😭😭I will bring my children back next time, continue. Keep up the service level!

The hotel was standard and quite clean, the COVID regulations were followed well. The breakfast buffet was inexpensive and lovely. The room did not have a space for extra pillows and blankets, but the front desk very easily met the expectations of every request. I would definitely book here again to stay in Shanghai. The location was quite convenient and close to the bund and the city center.

Recommended reason, 1 can check in quickly, arrived at 12 noon, the young lady at the front desk signaled me to wait for a while to arrange the room as soon as possible, and she arranged for me to check in within a few minutes. Very efficient, it should have been written after 14 o'clock on the platform. 2I can store my luggage. I see that the young lady at the front desk has already put a lot of luggage behind, and it is estimated that they are all stored. Then I have luggage to store. The young lady is very enthusiastic and asked me to put it in the back room. The security door is closed. Service: Miss Sister is very warm and polite. She feels that she is not pretending to deal with it. Through her own contact with her several times and the way she talks on the phone, she feels that she is of good quality. Ha ha Room: Miss sister took the initiative to upgrade the big bed room for me for free. The big bed room is comfortable and spacious. The only regret is that there are no windows and the indoor air is not very good. In terms of sanitation, I observed the room and handled it properly. I looked at a few details and I was satisfied. 3 There are direct elevators, but I hope that the elevators of the merchants can arrange a paper towel. During the special period of the epidemic, due to health and safety considerations, it is indeed taboo to touch the buttons directly with your hands. That is, the floor of the bathing area is not too clean, and there seems to be only one toiletries. I forgot about the lack of shower gel or shampoo. I will stay here next time I come here without accident, I hope I can live in a room with windows. The price can be closer to the people, it would be better

1. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:20 pm, the front desk informed me that the room was not ready yet and I had to wait for 30 minutes. I waited for 50 minutes on the first floor and no one informed me. After asking the front desk, the front desk called the aunt again and then she said the room was ready. Checking into the room after 4 o'clock is unheard of. 2. The sound insulation of the door and walkway of the room is particularly poor. It is very easy to be woken up by the guests returning to the room in the middle of the night and the sound of guests talking and closing doors in the morning. 3. The hotel is located in a residential area. It is not possible to take a taxi directly to the downstairs of the hotel. The community is opposite the window, so it is not suitable to open the curtains. Other aspects such as rooms and facilities are quite good. If necessary, I will not stay here again, just for reference.
Orange Hotel (Shanghai Xujiahui Stadium)

The most satisfying thing about this trip to Shanghai is the hotel I stayed in. The location is better, it is very convenient to go anywhere, next to the subway station. The lobby is very clean, the staff are super welcoming, and the check-in is very fast. The room is clean and smart! Ordering a takeaway, there are robots sent to the door, and will also call the room to pick it up, very interesting! And equipped with laundry, dryer, ironing machine, very convenient, and very clean! The last thing I have to mention is that there are full orange elements, there is a faint orange fragrance everywhere, and the toiletries are also orange flavor! Very detailed! The tea delivered by the hotel is also very nice! In short, the full score is very good, I am 12 points recommended! People feel that the service is very attentive! Living very comfortable! Goodbye Shanghai! Goodbye 2023! Goodbye 2024! Goodbye next time!
