Artyzen NEW BUND 31 Shanghai

Shanghai|2.34km from SanLin MinSuGuan
I have never given a negative review on Ctrip, and this time I really have to give a big bad review. Let’s talk about the advantages first: all the staff I encountered were greeted with smiles, and they were serious about solving problems. The service was excellent, but the various hardware and supporting facilities were compromised. The problems I encountered in just two nights include: 1. The air conditioner was cold. On the first night of my stay, the air conditioner was turned on for most of the day and I felt cold even when I showered. 2. The design of the room circulation and facilities is super unreasonable. The shower and bathtub are together without any partition. The door is opened at both ends and cannot be completely closed. Moreover, I did not see anywhere to put clean clothes or change dirty clothes from beginning to end... ...I don’t know if there is any special purpose behind this design, I’m sorry I can’t get it. 3. The water temperature in the bathroom cannot be raised. The answer we received was that the floor we live on has not been occupied for a long time, so it will take a long time for the water to get hot... And we have already stayed on the second night, and the water is still not hot... This Do you think the reason is scientific? 4. The breakfast is hard to describe. It feels like foreigners are trying hard to make Chinese food. It doesn’t matter that the breakfast buffet has few choices. The wontons and noodles are kept warm in a thermos bucket. What’s the point of adding soup when the guests want to eat... and takeaways? no difference. Objectively speaking, the Western-style breakfast is okay, and the coffee is delicious, but the Chinese food is really unnecessary. 5. The front desk phone always fails to get through. It is no exaggeration to say that it takes at least 3 calls every night to get through. This is why I gave up the complaint on the first night. If I have time to call, I might as well solve the problem by myself. As a result, I still had to call several times on the second night before getting through, and the reply I got was that I was talking to other guests at the time. It's so busy that there is only one person working at the front desk at night. This is the only complaint I have about the service. Finally, although the exterior design of the hotel is still very unique, I advise those with children to stick to the Shangri-La next door. Don’t be like me and think about trying a new hotel. This hotel is really unfriendly to families with children.

I was tired of shopping and searched a store on the Internet. The price was favorable. The front desk was very fast. The people were very enthusiastic. The room was large and the cleaning was very clean. When I went, the aunt just cleaned it. When I left, I sprayed disinfectant water. The stay was full of security. I recommend this for friends staying later, a pleasant experience

I tried to book a bathtub room that may be the only one within 200 RMB in downtown Shanghai... The location is relatively far from the subway station, and the river next to it is a small highlight. You can go shopping outside the hotel, which is similar to a guest house. The public area is like a KTV, with basic fun The quality of the hotel's rooms is not bad, the inspection camera should be OK and safe, the bedding is comfortable, the sleep is better, the sound insulation is average, the room is on the first floor with a window directly facing the road, the massage function of the bathtub is broken, you can only take a normal bath, In addition, there is a spider web in the middle color ambient light. Overall, the price is acceptable, just like what is written on the hotel business card: Hotel enjoyment, hotel consumption”

Good environment, clean and tidy, Service: The little beauty service attitude is particularly good, resident in the hotel
All Seasons Hotel (Shanghai Qiantan Yongtai Road)

The hotel is relatively new, the facilities inside are very good, I arrived at the hotel front desk at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night and also kindly checked in for us. Outside is a kindergarten, there are Starbucks (open at 7am) and KFC (open at 6am) next to the hotel, which can be reached within a half-minute walk; there is a 24-hour family convenience store next to it, which can be reached within a minute. A little distance from Sanlin subway station, it is estimated that it is okay during the day, it is a bit dark at night, and Didi is about 12 yuan from the subway station to the hotel. The surrounding night is very quiet and the quality of sleep is enough to ensure. There is a laundry room on the second floor, which can be steamed and ironed, but it will not be used on the iron tablet. If the ironing service is also like a washing machine, there is a guide to use. Because I went to Disney early, I didn't eat the breakfast I sent, which was a pity. The separation of dry and wet inside the room is particularly good. The places to wash your face, go to the toilet, and take a bath are well separated and do not interfere with each other. Finally, there is a small suggestion. Maybe I live in a budget big bed room. If you add a full-length mirror in the room, it will be perfect!
