Outstanding Customer Service of Msiss Sherry’s and the hotel staff at Kimpton. I trust this message I am writing to share my exceptional experience with the customer service of Sheryn at Kimpton Hotel. My family and I had the plan to go to Walt Disney Shanghai so I checked this hotel I that was Brand New and just opened so I decided make the reservation; During my all time staying in the hotel I was truly impressed by the high quality and fancy decoration Hotel also the location super convenient near by the mall and obviously the level of service provided and dedication on especial to Miss Sheryn that helped me to settle down my Disney Tickets. From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited unparalleled professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience. The attention to detail, courtesy, and prompt assistance were evident in every interaction. Notably super kind and professional as soon as I saw Miss Sheryn I immediately remembered her face, “She was working as a manager in other Hotel in Hongqiao area” that always had super attitude to helped me and my colleagues during the pandemic to get PCR test QRs etc (for sure too many foreigners and Locals must remember Miss Sheryn)… attitude and kindness to help maintain until nowadays specially because with people that we don’t speak Chinese…. The exemplary customer service skills and willingness to accommodate requests left a lasting impression. I believe that exceptional service deserves recognition, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding hospitality provided by your team. Please extend my appreciation to everyone involved. I will undoubtedly recommend this Hotel and your services to my friends, family, and colleagues seeking a remarkable hotel experience. Grand Skylight Gardens Hotel
4.5/5566 Reviews
Shanghai South Railway Station Area
I upgraded the executive bed room for free. On the first floor, there is a small river in front of the balcony. The surprise is that there is a black swan. It is very beautiful and not afraid of people, but it feels a bit lonely. The overall living is still more comfortable, it is rare to sleep in the hotel for the whole night, and free fruit or snacks and yogurt at night. Still a great stay experience.

The room is clean and bright, with large space. You can cook on the basement floor. There is a coffee machine and a washing machine and dryer. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel. There is a bus stop at the door, and the transportation is very convenient. The heating in the room is sufficient and the bath water is very hot. Except for the location and poor sound insulation, everything else is good.

The landlord is very enthusiastic, I am the first guest, the room facilities are OK, it is quite quiet in the community, you can also cook simple meals, praise, and will continue to stay next time you need it

The room is small, but close to the train station
曉曉雅居公寓(石龍路分店)

Shanghai South Railway Station Area
The host is very enthusiastic, cost-effective in Shanghai, suitable for family and friends to travel. The room matches the picture and can be seen carefully prepared. Parking is not charged, it is rare, it is a little troublesome to park the car. There is a room at home without air conditioning and no drinking water, you can mark it in advance, so prepare in advance. Overall or great value ~
Ji Hotel (Shanghai Xuhui Binjiang)

Shanghai South Railway Station Area
The room was not clean: when the quilt was lifted, there were mud marks, footprints on the corner, and chewing gum wrappers left by the previous resident on the table. Poor sound insulation: I was woken up by the sound of talking next door at 3:30 in the middle of the night. I called the front desk to remind them three times. Finally, the security guard came to remind me that it stopped. Service attitude: The cleaning service attitude is poor. There are mud marks on the bed and I have to change the sheets. I am very impatient when asking for the wireless network password. Overall summary: An all-season hotel with extremely low cost performance, not recommended for stay

Shanghai's Seasons and Apparel

Shanghai has a humid subtropical climate. Summers (June-August) are hot and humid, while winters (December-February) can be quite cold. The best times to visit are autumn (September-November) and spring (March-May), when the weather is moderate. Pack a mix of lightweight and warm clothing to adjust to fluctuating temperatures in Shanghai.
