Gerry Hotel (Hongqiao Airport Wuzhong Road)

Hongqiao District Shanghai|0.36km from Xiaonie Fruit Shop
This hotel is quite weird. There is no door in the bathroom, and the toilet is right next to the bed. It is suitable for the aftertaste after pulling the smelly bed. . . Hahaha. The little girl at the front desk manager, although she was very impatient, she solved all the problems you raised, but she was in a mournful state, which made her a little uncomfortable. On the contrary, the engineer and the aunt who cleans the room have a high enthusiasm for work, and they will not tire of explaining and understanding for you. After two days of observation during breakfast time, it seems that the front desk and management are slightly lacking in professional quality training? There is still a sense of service, but there is a lot of room for improvement in the quality level. For example, several people are at the front desk in the morning, talking loudly with the security personnel about parking management issues. What is the experience of the guests coming and going? Similar communication, isn't it that the relevant personnel communicate privately and are not seen by the guests? Generally speaking, the bedding is relatively clean and comfortable, but it is dry and not damp, and the room is well ventilated; the room is quite large and not depressing; the facilities are outdated, but the hygiene is acceptable; the sense of service is there, and the professionalism is improved space. But at the current price of 199, this hotel can be considered very cost-effective in the Imperial City. The bedding is clean and not damp.

Facilities: very new, complete, self-service laundry is especially useful for those who travel far. The robot 🤖️ service is super cute. Hygiene: tidy Environment: quiet, good sleep Service: The front desk is young, clean and warm. This is the second time I have stayed here recently, and I feel comfortable and comfortable. When I left the store, I also heard that the front desk asked the guests to take away the umbrellas of Jiji without returning them; when we left the store, the front desk asked us to bring two bottles of water to drink on the road, because we had too many things in hand, and we declined; the picture below is this time A small gift for leaving the store......Everything is very heartwarming. Thank you for your service these days, and I also wish ”Xiao Jiren” all the best.

Although the hotel was being partially renovated when we arrived, it was still quite clean and tidy. The front desk staff are friendly and the housekeeping staff do their best. Let me have a great Shanghai experience. By the way, the robot that assists with the food delivery is really interesting!

The room is well decorated, very new, very clean, the bedding is clean, no smell, and the price is right. However, the shower water flow is small, the toilet flushing force is not strong enough, and it cannot be flushed in one go. There are no live TV channels, but on-demand TV. Programs, most of which require membership, overall very satisfied, 5-star praise

Had to stay near a hospital unexpectedly. This was the nearest hotel, and was just 600RMB. We had low expectations, but the room was fabulous. Not like your usual chain hotel at all, but rather like a historical piece of Shanghai. They upgraded us to the business class room, which was actually a suite. The staff were extremely friendly, and everything was top notch. The only down side is the location, which is a bit in the middle of nowhere. The metro is more than a kilometre walking. But, if you need to be in this neighbourhood, I cannot recommend this wonderful hotel enough. Incredible value for money!

The breakfast was not bad. We went down at 10:30. The elder sister of the restaurant said that you came down too late. She brought eggs and ordered four bowls of won stew. My mother said it was much better than the five-star hotel next to it. Although it is a fast hotel, the service attitude is very good👍. My daughter ran wildly in the lobby and broke a beautiful glassware. Several waiters and sisters came to comfort the child to clean up quickly. It was very human.
