所謂的大堂經理，戴個眼鏡，從我進來就翹起二郎腿趾高氣揚的，我明明提前打電話説了延後退房，前台也答應了，等我來退房，坐在那裡手指一擺直接要給超時費。毫無禮貌，沒有半點服務精神，開口閉口都是錢，跟搶劫一樣，**領導，建議開除，影響入住體驗，提醒以後入住的朋友注意，小心安全

房間乾淨衞生，燈光窗簾還有語音控制，工作人員服務很熱情，還提供免費的火車站接送服務。較為乾燥，記得開加濕。床鋪睡得也比較舒服，不是那種特別軟的床墊，不會睡的腰疼。賓館馬路對面就是現代化大型商場，負一樓有大型超市，應有盡有。

馬經理服務態度非常熱情。因為來的是淡季，免費升級了房間，不要錯過這個淡季福利哦。
酒店在市中心，對面就是最新的商場（有霸王茶姬），吃的比較豐富，背後還有老商場，可以去看個電影🎬

龍馬賓館重新裝修了原來一直都是住這邊，這次裝修的好豪華啊，智能語音也安排了。早餐也比之前的豐盛了，前台服務也很熱情。
