I booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms. There was a damp and hairy smell as soon as I entered. Fortunately, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioner. However, one of the bedrooms has no air conditioning and the bed is very hard. This is really unacceptable. The other 2 rooms have no air conditioning. The size of the double bed can only be said to be just right, and the thickness of the mattress is also ok! There is only one toilet and one pack of toilet paper. Although you can contact the staff to get an extra pack, it would be better if you arrange it in the room in advance, because it takes time to communicate like this every time. The shower water pressure is average and the TV box has free programs. It’s very expensive, and many of them require payment before you can watch them. When you arrived, the TV couldn’t be connected, so the staff took about 15 minutes to fix it. There were several electrical switches in the house, but not all of them had electricity! There are not many restaurants nearby downstairs, and takeout cannot be delivered upstairs!

The room is large and clean, the environment is quiet and the transportation is convenient. The customer service is warm and thoughtful, responds promptly, and the price is favorable. They also upgraded us to a room with 2 double beds for free. We will come back next time.
