Kaixinting Apartment Hotel (Shenda Metro Station)

I am not satisfied with this stay. 1. I booked Kaixinting Hotel Apartment. When I stayed, it was written as Meiya Hotel Apartment at the door. The pillows and towels in the room were embroidered with Kaixi Hotel Apartment. I didn’t even know which hotel I stayed in. 2. The so-called 24-hour front desk, sometimes you will see the door closed when you go there, and there is a sign saying "The owner has gone to save the world" at the door. 3. When I booked the room, it was indicated that there was a desk, but I didn’t see it when I checked in. I complained, and I continued to stay the next day and asked us to move to a room with a desk hidden behind the door. Overall, it was worse than the original room. I was not satisfied and found it troublesome and didn’t want to move. Begging to move. 4. The washing machine in the extended room cannot dry clothes, so I asked for a solution, but no response. 5. When booking a room, indicate that the parking place is in the store, and the fee is 25 yuan a day. As a result, Kaixinting cannot control the parking space independently. After paying the money to the owner twice, the vehicle was blocked when going out, and an additional charge was required. 6. The shampoo and shower gel do not look like they are from the hotel, they seem to be left by the people who stayed in the previous hotel. 7. Garbage and stains remain in the cabinet. In short, this is an unpleasant consumer experience.

還行吧，這個價位已經算好了，房間也夠大，美中不足是門反鎖的鎖壞了，其他我覺得都還挺能接受，還有他們家是不收按金的

公寓住的很舒服，衞生乾淨，床品也好，整個大樓上下電梯有門禁，有地面停車場🅿️，一天停車費是25元！

房間很好，前台服務熱情，住的非常滿意，安安靜靜的睡到自然醒，洗刷用品樣樣齊全，衞生也很乾凈，不錯不錯，下次還來住

非常不錯，地緣位置很好，老闆人也很好，居住環境也很好，價位也合適。

房間很乾凈整潔，居住非常宿舍，辦理入住非常貼心高效

房間非常大，是我住過的最好的酒店了，各種設施都比較好

設施：設施完善，該有的都有 衞生：衞生可以，挺乾淨的 環境：位置不錯，交通便利。去南山，福田，寶安都挺方便的 服務：服務很好，有問題聯繫管家都能得到及時反饋。
