I was hesitant to book this hotel after reading the reviews (because I saw that the hygiene was not good). I have high requirements for hygiene. Fortunately, I finally chose this hotel. The hotel is new and clean, with warm lighting, reading lights, and a sensor-based night light under the bedside table. It will automatically light up when you get out of bed in the middle of the night. There is no odor in the room, and the quilts and sheets are fresh and dry in this rainy season. The facilities and equipment in the room are very easy to use, the air conditioner can be silent, the mirror in the bathroom has a light, which is very friendly to girls who want to put on makeup, there is a full-body mirror, the toilet is smart and flushes in silent mode, and there is free airport pick-up service.

It is really convenient to stay here if you want to catch an early flight. There is a free car to take you to the airport. However, due to time constraints, I took a shower and went to bed at the hotel at night. I only took one picture.

I want to talk about this hotel. I came in the early morning that day. The woman in front of me made the wrong reservation. The attitude of the older woman at the front desk was very bad. She was very impatient. I thought that if someone made the wrong reservation in the middle of the night, you could tell them nicely. When it was my turn, I still thought that the atmosphere was not good and responded with a smile. The woman ignored me. Anyway, it was very bad, and I felt that the bad service was not just one person's fault. The next day, I had breakfast. I didn't take the room card and went upstairs after dinner. I saw that there was no one at the front desk. There was a female receptionist who just stood up after dinner. I asked her to help me swipe the elevator. She stood there and looked at me. After a while, she left and ignored me! There was an uncle in the kitchen at that time. I told the uncle again, and the uncle helped me swipe the elevator. I thought it was a problem with your store management. When I checked out, your attitude was very good. You brought me two bottles of water and asked me to give you a good review. I was embarrassed, so I said wait a moment, it was a bit busy. She stood next to me and said, it will be very fast, five-star good review, I didn't ask for your water, and I won't give you a good review. The room hygiene is not good, and the room is also crowded.

Because the flight to Shenzhen was late, I chose Jinjiang near the airport. Because of the flight delay, I arrived at 2 am. The lady was very nice and reminded me to get off early to catch the hotel shuttle bus when I left. However, there is a subway station opposite the hotel, which will be noisy, but it will not affect my rest at night. The cost performance is super high.

I was on a business trip and passed through Shenzhen. I stayed for one night. The hotel was really good, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk service was enthusiastic and the price/performance ratio was very high. I will definitely book this hotel next time I pass by.
