床很大，洗手間污糟（有氣味）花曬很舊，隔音很差，窗鎖壞了，冷氣機很嘈，沒有USB叉電口

已多次入住这酒店，价錢便宜已沒什麼要求。今次訂了兩晚，於中午取房後發現冷氣開到最大風最低温度，但不涼，相信是冷氣有問題，於下午5時左右致電前台非常禮貌地告知她冷氣有問題，詢問可否換房，前台服務員態度非常惡劣，她回覆没房换，唔滿意就退房，但我查看後隔離左右多间房是空置的。我没理會她也不會和她理論，隔了一會有位男職員到來檢查看冷氣，我向他表示我會作出投訴。到了晚上時間執房姐姐便問我是否换房，其後便换到對面房間。我知我不是什麼貴賓，亦沒什麼要求，一個月住4-5次左右，但前台服務員態度真的不能接受。已考慮不會再入住這酒店，希望酒店管理層留意員工的禮貌及能解決客人的合理要求。

因為選的沒窗户，房間就比較悶，沒想到沖涼房排氣扇開不了。電視機打開後網絡沒有，下水道的頭髮一直沒清理，每次紙巾就夠兩次左右的使用量，當晚有一批十一二點入住的客人就不管他人，説話聲音很大，第二天一大早也是，嚴重影響睡眠，不知道酒店有沒有提醒過客人夜間入住注意説話聲音，反正就挺無語的。

這家快捷酒店簡直是旅行的救星！地理位置超讚，離景點超近，交通也方便。服務員親切熱情，房間雖然簡潔卻很乾凈，性價比超高。下次旅行還會選擇這裏！

1.衞生臟亂差:枕頭藍斑 地板灰塵 房間煙味 廁所異味
2.客房服務差:叫了兩次前台才有人打掃，廁所紙巾用完了也沒有及時更換，也沒有多餘的被子加
3.隔音效果差:一大早幾個熊孩子在電梯口打鬧，隔音約等於沒有，吵的睡不着
