The hotel is still new but I can tell very soon it will be 4
Star hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable. I loved our view and the stuff members are great. Thank you Jen will come again.

We’re having an excellent experience at JEN Hotel! Initially planning to stay for just one night, we enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to extend our stay not once, but twice. The hotel's spotless cleanliness, exceptional service, and friendly staff made our visit truly memorable. Special shoutouts to Jenny and her team for delicious breakfasts and care, and to the personal at the lobby like Morin, Brier for their warm hospitality. We'll definitely be back! 🙂

Brand new hotel in Qianhai CBD. Nit recommended for families as hotel has no connecting rooms and can't even arrange two rooms on same floor if you travel with big family. Rooms are new with good staff but they are relatively small. Staff at reception are nice. Need to call taxi for going out, location not near to any shopping mall

Everything were great shame about the bar close at 1 , also the indoor swimming pool force you to wear swimming cap which is the first for me at a high end hotel, they don’t tell you that so you have to buy the cap at the hotel which cost CNY 100
