Paco Hotel(Shenzhen Luohu Port Branch)

Lo Wu Control Point, Lo Wu Railway Station
Pleasantly surprised with the high quality finish of the room. Even the towels and bedding are all new and laundry clean. Staff are helpful. They also provide cold and hot drinks at the lobby as refreshments. Room TV program however only offer the various China TV station programs interrupted by unending advertisement. Should offer more foreign language programs as China is opening up. Location is excellent as it is near to the train station, subway and bus terminal. The immigration point to Hong Kong is within walking distance and there are many massage outlets and shopping is a breeze there. Highly recommended

Crossing Luohu Port from Hong Kong, it is very close to the port. It is about a 10-minute walk. I booked two beds for 1.35. Maybe I saw the children I brought with me. The guy at the front desk arranged for me a bed of 1.8 and a bed of 1.35. Yes, very attentive. As long as it is convenient and clean when taking the children out, the price is reasonable as the Chinese New Year is approaching. It is next to Shenzhen Station. It was a bit noisy when I didn't wake up in the morning. The room is next to the railway. It's okay at night. The surrounding area Eating is very convenient. I went to Fanlou for morning tea the next morning. I looked at the navigation because there are many exits in the underground passages. I asked the girl at the front desk and she enthusiastically told me how to get there. It only took about 10 minutes to walk. I was quite satisfied with the accommodation. of

No extra bed, no breakfast, very close to the train station and the port, but the hotel is difficult to find, is a hotel and together, on the edge of Shangri-La, but there is no brand, it is difficult to find. The house facilities are old, the sheets are not very clean, the toilet lid of the hotel bathroom is broken, and the shower room has only one side of the glass.

I am super happy with this hotel. We arrived in Shenzhen quite early before the check-in time. At first, we planned to keep our luggage only but we were lucky that they allowed us to check-in. Their staff is very helpful thanks to Benson who showed us the way to Hong Kong. It's very near to the Hong Kong check point so you can walk to the check point and explore HK by using MTR Lo Wu. Next day we keep the luggage here before we going to the airport. The hotel is a bit old but we love it.

Specially selected special room, the price is more favorable, but the actual experience is not downgraded at all. After arriving at the location, I checked in, and the front desk was very polite to give me a room type with windows. At the price of one hundred and five, there is such a space and clean independent guard, and there are windows, so I can't ask for more. ps,: There is also a fast food restaurant downstairs, it is more convenient to eat

Shenzhen: A Glimpse into the Future

From a small fishing village to a bustling metropolis, Shenzhen's transformation over the past few decades is nothing short of extraordinary. Located in southeastern China, bordering Hong Kong to the south, Shenzhen is a city of gleaming skyscrapers, sprawling tech campuses, and vibrant culture. Known as China's Silicon Valley, it's a beacon of innovation and modernity.

Tips for Travelling to Shenzhen

Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport connects the city to various international destinations. Shenzhen is also conveniently linked to China's high-speed rail network. The Shenzhen Metro is a popular mode of transportation within the city.

The official currency is the Chinese Yuan (CNY). The main modes of payments are usually through AliPay or WeChat Pay. The official language is Mandarin, though Cantonese and English are also widely spoken in business and tourist areas.

For visa requirements, most travelers will need a Chinese visa. However, Shenzhen offers a 5-day visa on arrival to certain nationalities. Do check with your local Chinese embassy or consulate for the latest visa information.

Must-Visit Attractions in Shenzhen

Discover Shenzhen's futurism at the Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum or by touring the tech campuses of giants like Huawei and Tencent. For leisure, head to the city's green lungs, Shenzhen Bay Park, or ascend the Ping An Finance Centre for panoramic city views.
