沒有熱水並沒有提前説明，反饋前台。前台在睡覺，沒有耐心的敷衍回覆，次日處理。也沒有歉意以及解決方案，小孩子洗臉洗腳都衹能自己燒熱水，差評！衞生間乾濕分離沒有做好，淋浴區老是漏水，甚至水都漏到卧室裏了！差評！沒有意外不會再選擇這個酒店了！
