1、第一次看到房間紙巾都要收費五塊。
2、浴室地板非常滑淋浴出來狠狠摔了一跤。
3、毛巾雖然有消毒包裝，但是邊都磨毛了，很舊。
4、隔音效果不好，樓下不知是什麼場所，早上七點就很吵。
5、窗户是假的，外面是堵牆，畫了幅畫，掩耳盜鈴。

真是一言難盡！對家鄉的服務問題都懶得吐槽了！退房的時候真把我氣到了，我就再統一評論下！ 1、退房的時候找酒店要健身房體驗券，説我是攜程來的，屬於特價不給！你不給就入住的時候提前就説！房間裏的酒店手冊寫的很清楚有健身，做不到別酒店宣傳有這種活動！ 2、商務大床房窗户外面是牆，沒有交換空氣的天空，屬於內窗，內窗就在售賣的時候説清楚，又是虛假宣傳 3、我住這麼多年商務酒店就沒有出現過酒店沒有抽紙，房間牀頭櫃的維達抽紙包裝上沒寫收費，一般住客都默認免費使用的，結果是收費的！第一次住抽紙收費的酒店！真要收費就提前説，別誤導消費者 總結：是的，你們過年是掙錢的，畢竟人口紅利，但是之後呢？虛假宣傳，誘導消費，你們這種方式請問是擺爛還是準備過完年就不幹了？

酒店進門有一個排風扇，聲音非常大，我以為可以關掉，試了一下關不了，然後我找前台看有沒有總開關，前台説沒有，然後還是很耐心跟我換了房間，然後其他房間都有這個問題，我就跟前台説你跟你們領導説一下，他跟領導説以後，領導以為是空調的聲音，我説不是空調的聲音，因為我把空調都關了，前台跟她領導説有可能是雨聲，她在房間明明聽到了是排風扇的聲音怎麼可能是下雨呢，就是門口的那個排風扇，然後我就退房了，我説你們是什麼處理方案，領導説按金退給你，但是房費就不退了，我個人認為酒店應該為房間內有噪音負責。
