前台登記給的2樓房間，去了服務員説2樓房間有問題給換到1樓了，好嘛那就換嘛。那你説説就放個行李時間，上去就看到一家3口住進那個2樓房間是啥意思呢？後面問服務員也沒有説清楚。還有那個房間能聽到很響的空調外機聲音，一直到白天都在響。反正就很生氣。 再來説説，雲上居裝修應該有些年頭了，房間裝修老舊，床衹有1.2米帶個10歲娃娃睡，真的太擠了，但是春節前訂的時候沒剩幾個房間，也就沒得選擇了，好處是離温泉近！ 晚上有看到換水洗池子，不知道是每天洗還是剛好那天洗

春節人期間人太多了，房間陳舊，早餐很差，小朋友還收了20元，房價跟服務不成正比，就佔了地理位置優越，有很好的温泉，但沒有好好打造！總的來説，不會再去的地方！
