Fantastic Hotel! Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Check in was quick and easy, lifts work on a card and touch screen basis which is easy to use. Reception extended our room till 2pm free of charge and not much extra to keep it till 6pm. As a western visitor i struggled finding reviews of the breakfast.... best ive had in years of visiting Singapore. Fresh fruit, Yoghurt, juices and cereals. Breads, meats, salmon & pastries. Eggs boiled or fried on buffet but can order an omelette, sunnyside up eggs or poached eggs free of charge. Bacon, beans, mushrooms, asian breakfast inc sui mai,bao buns and noodles. Pancakes or waffles with berries and maple syrup. You wont go hungry. We had a twin deluxe room, lovely! Aircon and a ceiling fan both great. Lighting works off a panel.on the wall but easy enough to work. Cleaned every day, iron and ironing board in room and great hairdryer. Beds were really comfortable. Pool area was lovely and quiet. Pool not deep so great for families too. Pool towels provided and food and drinks served at pool. Honestly, apart from no hangers in the wardrobe i couldn't find a fault (ive spend over 20yrs in travel industry so can easily be critical). I would definitely stay here again!

Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

We recently stayed at Pullman Hill St. for 2 nights after a little odyssey at Munich Airport because of the weather and didn't regret it. The hotel is modern and comfortable, extremely centrally located in the “old part” of Singapore. The roof terrace with the view of the Marina Bay and pool is just wow, the bed was super comfortable, I particularly liked the firmness of the pillows. The design is modern and takes up the railway theme everywhere in a great and skilful way, after all it's about the Pullman wagons 😀 The lobby welcomes you with old suitcases that have various stickers from old, formerly well-known hotels and the same Let's clarify the claim of the house, which obviously wants to see itself in a row with these houses. And it can be that way!!! The room was big enough and we didn't miss anything, a great, large safe that accommodates a laptop computer as well as everything else, a Nespresso coffee machine that served us well when we left at 4 a.m., a shower There's no need to be generous with good-smelling shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. What was also good for us was the provision of a comb packaged in organic quality, which unfortunately didn't make it into our luggage... On the morning of our departure we were provided with a delicious breakfast doggy pack - great! In short, we were very happy with the new Pullman Hill Street and can imagine staying there again if we end up in Singapore.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

No separation between toilet and shower room, so the toilet canbe wet. The cups and glasses are washed on spot, so the lip mark stayed on the cups, So watch out when you have to use. The water provided is in a jar, which no idea where it comes from and how long it has been there. Suggest you buy your own water. The safety box is not fixed in the room, easily to be removed, did not feel really safe. The light was flickering and eventually died out. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridore and in the room.

We stayed here for 24 hours as we were “in transit”. Great location near an MRT and shops/cafes/Starbucks. Easy walk up to Chinatown. Rooms were small but adequate. We had one single and 2 doubles all with no windows. For 24 hours they were perfectly fine. Hallways and hotel was a little tired looking and the back entrance is in an alleyway. Only gripe would be that we contacted hotel to say we wouldn’t be there till after 11 pm and they assured us the reception was manned 24 hours - but it wasn’t. And when you arrive after a long trip and just want to check in you can get a bit grumpy - we ended up having to ring the fit act number through the website to find someone. Other then that the hotel was fine for what it was used for.

first time in Singapore as a solo traveller, staying at hotel absolutely made my trip worth it. after a long day of walking and exploring; coming back to my hotel was a highlight. it's close to a lot of local bars and restaurant, 30 mins from the Garden by the bay. hotel is always clean, the staff are shy but friendly when you get to talking to them. the room are perfect for a solo traveller, with the shower and toilet separated and great size too. if l go back to Singapore l will definitely stay with them again. this is my first review for anything.

minimalist vibe, notions of Japanese, soft music playing in the background like the onsens in Japan but its more funky. This place is a perfect blend of value, location, freindlyness and so clean. I watched Shan one of the staff clean the ownstairs area one morning when I was working on my laptop in the lobby, he was amazing, so diligent and detail orientated with the job in hand. Earlier that day I had messed up my booking as did not include my last night which was the 5th night, they were fully booked, but Fiqah was so sweet and tried to shuffle things around and managed to get me a bed for the night.. Esther also helped me a number of times throughout my stay with a cheerful ”can do” attitude. I am a recruiter and I dont know what Kinn is doing during through hiring process, but this team is 1st class, unbelievable level of care and attention for the customer. This is the second time i stayed in Kinn within 3mths, the time before I had a issue with my back due to an old injury, one morning I could not bend down to put my shoes on and I embarrasingly asked Fiqah to help me put my socks on and help me tie my shoes before I had to go to a meeting, can you imagine being asked that by a guest in Singapore, but you know what, she didnt hesitate, smiling and helping me as I sat there in awe of her incredible humble service orientated attitude. This is the kind of place to you don't want to tell everyone who awesome it is because you want to e able to get a booking next time im in town, you dont want to tell the world what a fantastic job this place is doing in case the next time I come its already fully booked!! Do not miss this awesome place to stay if you are coming to Singapore!

Great Location for extroverts who loves going out to have fun! Karaoke bar just on the same street and local restaurants. There’s a food court in ChinaTown 10 minutes from the hotel with local prices. There’s also many coffee shops across the Main Street, you’d need to cross on the overpass. U can buy universal adapter for chargers at Cheers if needed. It’s also very close to Marina bay.

Overall, I am very satisfied. A work of cultural heritage. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped into the door. Details are the most ingenious. The details of this hotel are worth looking at again and again. Different from the standardized facilities of many luxury hotels, this is a warm ”apartment”. Yes, I prefer to call it an apartment because it feels like home. The building's exterior cleverly uses the slope to create a visual effect of ”alternation between the old and the new”. It is actually a completely independent new and old building. There is a feeling of a different world at the junction. The area of ​​the suite is not large. Guests who pursue luxury may be disappointed. But after using it, it is well considered and thoughtful. It is just right. If you stay in the old part of the house, you can see the original old floor tiles. They have traces of use but are as new as ever. Facilities: 4.5 There are not enough sockets, but the rest are very good. Service: 5 People who are interested in history can ask the front desk, and the reception staff are very enthusiastic. We are very satisfied with our 14 night stay at South Bridge road 36. The price is lower than most hotels of a similar standard and location offer. Hotel prices in Singapore are otherwise crazy high. It's also important to be mentally prepared for the fact that the studio is very small. But at the same time it is very functional, modern, clean, quiet and the kitchenette has everything needed. Big plus for free access to washing machine and dryer. The location is very central and within short walking distance to attractions and two different MRT stations. Self-checkin worked without any problems and we had a well-functioning contact with our digital concierge Ryan through Whats up who quickly and kindly answered the questions that arose during the stay. However, we do not recommend the restaurant Macpherson BBQ, which is located next door. The take away is really a hit or miss. Our last order consisted almost entirely of chicken bones and stingray with no substance except loads of bones. The staff at the restaurant was also unexpectedly rude and unfriendly, especially the younger female. We highly recommend booking Heritage collection on South Bridge rd 36 but avoid the restaurant next door.
