第一次入住如家，和朋友住了一晚，體驗很不錯捏，乾淨衞生，朋友尤其誇讚了喜歡這個床睡眠很舒服……前台姐姐也很温柔周到，酒店一樓裏還有一個葯房欸，雖然沒有用到，但是感覺會方便不少。

出差到四平，入住如家酒店，總體感覺可以，前台服務到位。酒店對面就是李連貴燻肉大餅。附近還有烈士紀念廣場。四平博物館。

一進房間就一股黴味和煙味，房門無法反鎖，衹有鎖鏈第二重保險，後來試了試用力可以鎖上，但是前台狡辯説從來沒用過根本鎖不上，房間裏熱水要放很久冷水才有，冷熱方向是反的，電視機如圖，吹風機是壞的。。。。。。體驗感很差，綜合評分2星。

首先對整體的體驗還比較滿意的，和價格符合，就是有點小瑕疵，第一個注意到的是被子掀開後發現有點污漬，再者是洗手枱不夠深，水容易濺出來，吹風機的口也裝不上，馬桶在角落裡擁擠了點，最讓我喜歡的是那個送餐的小機器人，還有前台的服務態度超級好，很和藹。

四平站前的如家開了很多年了，也住過蠻多次
設施：新裝修過，電視空調，床鋪地板等煥然一新
衞生：感覺是最近翻新的，都很乾凈，打掃房間也很及時
環境：因為是火車站前，出門打車方便，去到市裡也很快
服務：比較亮眼，服務態度非常好，會很有禮貌的打招呼。這是以前從未有過的，給人賓至如歸的感覺，也是因為服務有驚艷到我才碼了這麼多字…

前台小姐姐的服務還是很好的，房間整體環境看上去還是可以的，但是細節嘛，馬桶上竟然有一點兒污漬，對於多少有點兒強迫症的我來講還是受不了的，洗浴間沒有洗澡用的拖鞋，就連吹風筒還是早上和客房服務的人要的，房間含早的早點也還算可以，我可能比較怕冷，屋裡的温度就算開了空調還是覺得冷
