Fizemos a reserva no Hotel para participar da prova MARATONA de Sorocaba. Os atendendes disponibiizaram o café da manha fora do horario normal pois a prova começaria as 5:00hs e terminaria as 10:00hs. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com os atendentes por ficarem preocupados com nosso bem estar.

Meu quarto (407) não funcionava a luz central e a tv pedia senha, liguei na recepção sobre a tv mas nada adiantou!
a limpeza era regular mas o banheiro era bem apertado!
em compensação o atendimento dos funcionário, a simpatia foi muito bom!
esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei, a primeira foi bem melhor, ano passado!
até o quarto era melhor e maior no ana passado
