Trains going by all night long - should have realized something was up when we walked in the room and saw the provided earplugs! The door had issues (didn't report) opening. Breakfast was provided but VERY little in reality. A few bagels, a few things of yogurt, etc. 1 coffee carafe, no creamer, etc. They put out tea bags, but there was no hot water to make the tea.

Hotel was nice and clean. Parking lot didn't really feel too safe after hours, would have liked a gated driveway or similar. Train could be a bit loud if passing by and bed felt a little smaller than standard queen. Otherwise, room was nice and served our purpose, staff was readily available and helpful. Would book again.

We liked the convenience of the hotel and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately like ANY big city… there are elements that are not always favourable .We really enjoyed being close to the Steamplant restaurant and a short walk to riverside park 😃

I like what they have done in the Steam Plant area. Rooms have been updated. Would like to see a sitting chair in the room as the 'desk' area is too shallow and the bed isn't the best for sitting on if needing to work. Ample parking and the video playing on the lot wall was a nice touch.

$5/night parking is so affordable for a downtown Spokane hotel. Others nearby charge up to $20 or more. Also, so close to dining, entertainment, and shopping. Staff very friendly.

Hotel is good for the price. Located right by the train tracks, which didn't bother me, but would bother others for sure. Breakfast was a total waste of time, basically juice and toast. The location was excellent, walking distance to anything downtown.

The room was clean, a little outdated, but it served its purpose. Stayed on the ground floor and it was nice to have my car right there. Area seems a little sketchy at night but not too bad.

Right across the street is public parking and free EV charging. Starbucks right around the corner (6 minute walk). Only minor complaint was the the train going past the hotel. But all in all was a nice place to stay, right down town.
