Bathroom was dirty and real small ( the door hit the toilet) Continental breakfast ran out of food and then that was it coffee and toast for all

The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating! They were caring & very welcoming! I’ve stayed here 3 times for my daughter surgeries that she had at Baystate Medical. I could not be happier! They deserve praise & a raise!

The sheer part at the top of the shower curtain allowed water to spray through onto the floor, especially when using the massager function of the shower head.

Room spacious, hotel clean, check-in staff friendly and helpful.
Didn’t like or appreciate that house keeping came knocking at 10am saying they thought I left. Check out is at 11am- check the rooms after.
Didn’t like that guests were at breakfast in pijamas, barefooted, child with uncovered cough unattended by adults who were sitting at another table.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. One room did smell a bit funky but grandmother and father staying in there didn't mind. Fitness center could use a boost. Pool was fun, awesome how deep it was.

There was food in the mini fridge from Thanksgiving. There was used sheets inside the pullout couch.. When we told the lady at the front desk she was rude. Also the heat didn’t work they told us to shut it off and they would send someone to look at it. That was Friday at 730pm and no one came until we called front desk the next morning and someone came up at 830 am as we were leaving for a cheer competition.
