Depite, being located downtown in a small city the area was pretty clean and the area was safe to walk around at night.

The staff was super friendly and the facility was extremely clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Terrible hotel. Didnt have NBC so I couldnt watch Daytona. There was no body wash and conditioner in the containers in the shower but yet were left and not replaced. Lack of vending area. You also have to pay for parking eventhough you are staying in the hotel.. Also.if you want "better" internet its $11 a night. Will never stay at a Sheraton again. Terrible.

Parking was unclear, so we parked in a garage nearby that cost us $17.50 for the overnight parking. Everything else was great.

Property was in a good location and the room was quiet with a nice view.
Carpet was sticky. We had to ask for towels. Décor was kind of dark and seemed dated.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to Symphony. Have parking a plus
Minor concern window shade didn’t work but believe that would be easily remedied
We could hear some traffic outside but we were able to sleep okay
