The owner has really put her heart into this property and it shows across the board from the maintenance staff to house keeping, restaurant and bar. From front desk to the top. I worked here 5 years ago when I considered it a jewel in this area. Now it is a diamond!

The resort was very outdated. The bedspread on the bed had holes and the balcony door did not shut all the way. The room was not very clean either.

We booked for the Christmas boat parade with family . The parade was cancelled due to bad weather but we still stayed as too late to cancel our rooms (3).
The front desk staff were excellent and extremely accommodating for our needs. We come here every year at this time, and were pleasantly surprised by the room remodels. The Water front rooms are beautiful!

The bands were terrific, the food and drink was terrific. The only bad thing was sitting on our balcony with constant heat fumes from the dryers below, which kept us from sitting out and enjoying the balcony with its pretty views of the harbor.

Our room did not work when we got back from dinner. We had to wait 2 hours for them to fix it.
We had stayed there before but this time was not the best.

We stayed there overnight Thanksgiving, but there were no dining or beverage options while we were there other than some free coffee in the lobby, but the coffee pot was empty. Other than that a nice, relaxing place on the water that serves the purpose of providing a clean, quiet, safe place to stay overnight

A very congenial place to stay, good food in the restaurant, we had a dinner party and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were attentive and friendly. The overall feel of the resort was relaxed and just what we were looking for.
