Clean room, staff was nice and friendly. There isn’t much breakfast available (it was grab & go breakfast), but the hotel is located close to a lot of food chains and restaurants. The hotel is right next to a Dairy Queen, nice for food, but my room window was directly facing the drive thru, which was quite noisy. If you close the window and curtains the sound almost goes away. My room and a double bed, chair, desk, desk chair, and two wardrobes. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a night’s stay.

Room was very stuffy on arrival, however the air conditioner was so filthy we didn't want to use it.
One of the bed coverings had a huge yellowy stain near the pillow area. It had obviously not been washed.
All staff were very friendly & great. Breakfast was very good.

Desk chair, sofa and carpet in the room needs updating.
No elevator, had to carry our Suitcase to the second floor.

It appeared there were renovations happening to units & also work was being done outside. Hope the new updates bring a new era to the location.

The hotel is undergoing major renovation outside, on the rooftop and the outside walls. The Room numbers outside are covered, that made it difficult for us which spot to park our car. We had to go inside the upstairs room first , look out from the window to know where we were in order to park the car underneath. Fortunately we arrived early when we were able to see outside and the surroundings. Hope the renovations completed soon, so it won't cause any inconvenience to the travellers who are passing through.

Easy place to find and to get back on the highway to leave. No elevator and parking is tight when busy.

When I entered the room the air conditioning was not on so the room was very hot the garbage can have garbage in it from the last people who stayed in the room later in the evening I tried to use the complementary handcream but it was empty no handcream left in it and there was a huge fight on the first floor that I called front desk and complained about and no one did anything about it for 45 minutes. The hotel served its purpose I just needed somewhere to sleep overnight but won’t stay there again

To noisy at 5:00 in the morning. Would not recommend. Will be staying elsewhere when visiting Sudbury.
