服務態度垃圾，然後進去洗浴工作人員告知情況與實際情況不符，亂收費，屋裡洗浴熱水根本不好用，暖氣不熱乎，一次非常不好的體驗

房間裏放了兩瓶哇哈哈礦泉水，沒有標明價格，價格表上也沒有標明哇哈哈礦泉水的價格，我們以為是免費的就喝了，退按金的時候前台説我可以走了，等查完房退按金，結果三百按金退了二百九十四，一問才知道一瓶哇哈哈礦泉水三塊錢。

酒店空調不好用，整晚熱的睡不好覺，客房和洗浴都沒有手巾衹有浴巾，手巾需要單收費，客房的客人去洗浴沒有單獨的櫃子，手機沒有地方放，非常不方便，洗浴還不錯，就是搓澡大姐的技術和態度有待提高，一聽不加醋搓不加搓泥寶就糊弄事，客房衞生間的燈也不知道是聲控的還是感應的，上廁所沒事還得拍拍手，水龍頭都是水漬，馬桶也是入住了之後自己重新擦的，總之…

房間是很舒服的 大落地窗 早上是一室晨光 我最愛東北的陽光 服務也不錯 和和氣氣 早餐每天換新 流沙包也太好吃了 除了洗澡要放半小時水才熱 一切都不錯 下次來希望床尾放個寬凳可以放衣服 景色極美
