第二次入住感受仍然很好，服務很貼心，有需求都及時得到解決，服務員還貼心送了蕎麥枕頭
酒店位置好，出門就是湖邊公園，不遠處有各種吃喝玩樂的地方，選擇多多。房間衞生也做得很好，特別贊一下淋浴間出水
建議：1.浴缸能在牆上安個扶手就好了，2、下圖位置如果有個擱架會更方便（行李打開有些小東西拿出很想有個地方放一放）

訂的是無早餐的房間，卻在辦理入住的時候被前台工作人員告知有早餐，以防出錯我再三和工作人員確認有沒有搞錯，工作人員一直給我説的是有早餐，我以為是酒店過年期間給客人的福利，結果第二天去吃早餐服務員説是無早餐，就是前台傳達錯了，打電話問前台一句道歉也沒有，差評

訂的湖景套房，夜色特別好！遂寧青瓷真的太美了，住這家酒店真心不錯👍👍首先要感謝攜程，自己把時間訂錯了，幫我換了。作為攜程老客户還是非常在意攜程的服務。雖然與前台沖突了一下下，但畢竟解決了！希望前台可以更好的安慰客户。

我是9月30日入住的客人，10樓的，10月1日退房，明明開了空調，但半夜熱醒了，然後空調開到最低也不製冷，一夜沒睡好，早晨問前台怎麼回事，竟然説他們半夜把中央空調關了，因為覺得這個天氣不需要空調，但房間的室温是27度還要多，我從來沒這麼無語過，錢花太不值了，以後不會考慮住這裏了

內飾陳舊，像普通商務型酒店。空調聲音比較大，房間有黴味。服務比較冷淡。客房服務員都沒戴口罩。跟萬豪一個價格，但服務和品質相差太大。
