Everything was good! We got a room with the conditioner air broken but the guy change the room for us and if you are thinking to go to khao sok, he can drive for you the next day. He was lovely and helpful.

Clean accommodation, complete amenities. But it's like the water heater doesn't work. The staff didn't come to collect breakfast or had to be called to come and collect this one. I'm not sure. Reported a torn pillowcase and quickly replaced it. The location may be a bit far from the city and may not be recommended for people who have business in the city. But the room at this price has a bathtub, which is considered okay.

Very bad, the air conditioning in the hotel does not work, the TV is fake, and the room has no door, only a piece of cloth covering it, the bathroom is dirty, the faucet has no water, the lady at the front desk is polite, but she can't communicate in English.
