Warm welcome. Given some fruit upon arrival. Very friendly staff and attended to our needs. Shout out to Daisy who was fantastic to our many questions. She was extremely helpful in pointing out places to visit in the area. Nice onsite restaurant serving local cuisine. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. Thank you all the staff at Recalling Jiangnan·Shuiyue Inn. We shall be back!

這家民宿的環境確實非常好。第一次匆匆住了一晚，感覺不錯，所以再去西山就選擇了這裏。但第二次完全顛覆了我對一家精品民宿的認知，我是出差去的西山，辦完事到酒店已是23:15左右，第一時間到房間準備洗澡，可在淋浴房足足等了20分鐘都沒有熱水，並且淋浴水小的像淚水，房間沒有一部電話可以聯繫到酒店工作人員，通過攜程聯繫到店家，電話裏衹是説了安排人看一下，但也沒見有工作人員來房間，再次撥打電話，被告知他們要檢查，讓等着。最後在凌晨00:20左右被告知有熱水了，可打開全是鐵銹和垃圾，幾近崩潰。關鍵從頭到尾都沒有一位酒店負責人出來溝通。還有要吐槽的是早餐就是噱頭，沒有實質的食材，那就老老實實做普通的產品，最可惡的是東西又臟又爛，服務員隨意要搶奪臟的食物。我相信選擇這個價位民宿的客人，大部分應該對品質有要求的。如果沒服務、沒完好的使用設施，你憑什麼定位為精品民宿？

🏠環境很好，很雅境，聽聽寺廟的鐘生，心突然安靜下來的感覺，旁邊圍繞着茶園。
⛳️衞生很乾凈，在山裡房間裏沒有蚊蟲看來用心了。
🧘🏽♀️管家很熱心，會幫我介紹很多西山的景點。有求必應。
🚖比較適合自駕，坐公交就有點繞了

酒店不錯環境很好，正常入住還送歡迎水果和飲料，很不錯，環境很安靜，服務也很好，夏天坐在窗台邊一口西瓜，吹着雨後微風，別有一番風味，喜歡安靜的可以沖
