On the second day, the clerk told me that we had to check out early and pay directly at the hotel without going through the platform, so that we could get free breakfast for the second and third days. Because I was afraid something would happen midway and there would be no platform to support me, so I refused. All of the above, as well as the poor hygiene and poor service attitude and problem-solving ability of the store staff, I will not choose this hotel again when I come to Suzhou again.
