Other attractions really don't want to say anything. Get off the bus and look at it. On the contrary, the hotel is in a good location and the scenery is beautiful. Service: Very in place, help to send washing and drying clothes, hotel guests have free afternoon tea, parking lot for in-house customers, you can also give priority to booking the restaurant's view location (you know that many people want to enter the queue number, accommodation guests have preferential service) In short, there are many preferential services in the store. It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

Really a very pleasant stay I came to Lili Ancient Town with my little sister. I originally booked a homestay. Later, because of special reasons, I changed to Lihua Jianguo Hotel. I arrived in Suzhou from Shanghai after work. The hotel was very new. At night, a little brother received it. Everything was very fast. There is a small robot in the hotel to help deliver food. When checking out, the front desk lady Xiao Jiang is also very good. It is a memorable play experience to help us delay check-out until 2 o'clock for free.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

Really glad to choose 0572 Hotel! The environment is clean and tidy, the hot spring pool is kept very clean, there will be no mess and smell, the room view is very good, you can directly see the lake view, and the most important thing is that it is very quiet! We can enjoy the atmosphere of hot springs and vacation, but we originally planned to only stay for one day. Because of the thoughtful service of the butler Xiao Yang, we decided to take another day off and stay for one night, including patient confirmation before check-in and arranging pick-up, even It is because we work remotely to help us deliver breakfast and strive for a late check-out time, as well as book vehicles and late-night hairy crab food stalls. Even during the next day's vacation, we are always online at any time, and we will answer any questions. The service is really good! Totally 5-star praise! If there is a chance, I will come to stay again next time!

I arrived at 11:00am and was given whatever was available, which was not a very nice room. But that was my fault, because I really just needed to shower and rest. I appreciated Summer getting me a room right away. And she recommended I change rooms the next day. The next day, Maria was incredibly helpful in finding me a much nicer room with an amazing view of Jinji Lake. And she continued to assist me with other questions. Serena, as well, was very helpful in rebooking my stay for two more nights!
