When I went to the hotel and said that Ctrip didn’t pay, I paid a deposit to check in, and then called Ctrip to deal with it. Ctrip sent me a message in the evening to tell me that it was processed. When I checked out Just refund the deposit. I checked with Ctrip again, hoping they will check it out and there will be no more problems. Ctrip online promised that there is no problem. When checking out, the hotel still said that the payment had not been received, and I stayed in the lobby for 2 or 3 hours on this issue. During the period, I also learned that Ctrip was sending emails to communicate with the hotel, so I was very speechless. In the end, Ctrip gave a 500 voucher to apologize. But I want to say that I prefer to have a pleasant trip, and 500 yuan is meaningless to me. Because of this problem, the travel plan was disrupted. I originally wanted to drive to Rabat on the day of check-out and go shopping for a while, and finally arrived at the Rabat hotel at 6 p.m. Clicked.

The hotel is relatively old. The service at the front desk is pretty good. The room service is average.
