Just a night stay, we are stay at second floor, need to carry luggage with you.
Room is clean , it come with simple kitchen facility.

It is located about 15 minutes walk from the main area of Tauranga.
The motel is located by a quiet cove.
There aren't many restaurants, so you might have trouble finding food, but if you go to Mount Manganui, you'll have plenty to choose from.
The staff were all very friendly and had nice smiles♪ The building itself seems old, but the inside was very clean, and the TV, kitchen, and shower room were also very clean.
It's easy to get to Mount Manganui, as it takes 6.7 minutes by car.

Awesome hosts gave us great advice. The property was well cared for and very comfortable. Lots of space in the unit. This would be ideal for a long stay.

The owners of the property are terrific! Kathee and Bronwyn go out of their way to welcome you and show your room to you. They also have great suggestions for places to eat and go to. The laundry is on the property not in your apartment but great to have it and laundry soap is included. The units have kitchenettes and good supplies. You can use the kayaks or paddle board on the water. There is a great park next door for walking, mini golf or fun kid activities. I felt at home there. The only drawback was the traffic noise but I was able to use the fan to drown out the noise and the property is older but I believe they are refreshing it. Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Thanks to the ladies!

Loud and talkative children in a nearby apartment kept us awake longer than we would have preferred, but the managers took immediate action when I provided feedback the next morning and in fact indicated I should have advised them immediately. Otherwise this was the best apartment we have stayed in during our eight nights so far while on holidays in New Zealand. It's in a great location. The apartment was modern, large, clean and well appointed, We couldn't recommend it highly enough.
