Rooms getting dingy, towels were too old, walls way too thin, I attempted to call front desk after midnight and no one answered.

It was fine. They are pet friendly which was the main reason I selected this hotel - and the price. The room was clean - like I said it was fine. I was visiting family and needed a place to stay. I would probably go back but my husband said he could hear the train which woke him up but I couldn’t (I’m not deaf!)

We booked this hotel by accident! On a road trip and found out it was too far out of our way! I tried to cancel within 90 min of booking! ******* called hotel and they would not refund money! I also called hotel! Rude staff

There is no front desk. No staff on site. Only response via text and apps. Requires uploading ID to an app and requires me to give them access to my camera. If I hadn’t paid already and been driving all day and exhausted would have left and found somewhere else. I don’t allow apps access to my phone. Wonder how many scam calls I’ll get from this check-in

Our bed was SO comfortable!!! Super comfy room we loved our stay at the sure stay! Breakfast was so convenient!!! Whenever we needed anything we got it thanks to the front desk gals

The hotel was perfect for a weekend away. The only downside was the couch had stains & what looked like dried macaroni on it when we checked in.
