I’m a regular costumer, its a very comfortable place, the bedroom are big and you can find everything you need to do a very nice stay. It’s located in a beautiful area and closer to everything you need

We chose this hotel because Temuco was our first stop on our trip to the South of Chile. The hotel keeps the good things, very clean, large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Highly recommended. We went with our kids, so, connectiing rooms are great !

Everything is excellent as always. Infrastructure, attention, entertainment options 10/10. The price for the facilities that the hotel has makes it by far the best option in Temuco.

Excellent location. Excellent atention. Spacious rooms very well equipped. Despite being in a ****** complex with shows, the sound does not reach the rooms. The parking is covered. Camera surveillance. I don't know about criminal acts like what happened to us at the ****** hotel in Concepcion (don't go!!) The breakfast was very good. 2 restaurants. La Tranquera very complete and well attended. Value according to the service. The cost of a triple room was U$130.

Excellent service and quality of the place, the years of experience are evident. Adequate gym. Beautiful heated pool. It also has a Sauna, but we couldn't occupy it due to time. Very good Inn restaurant, delicious food. I will visit them again with the whole family.

I had a horrible experience with the receptionist Katalina, who was disrespectful, haughty and very unempathetic. The next day I asked to speak to the manager and it was not possible, the same when I asked for his contact email. It's a shame how just one person can completely ruin the work of a hotel. I don't know what kind of staff selection they have for the reception! The most important part of a hotel. I left my contacts but I'm still waiting for them to call me :(
