The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed is comfy. A cost-effective choice. The only thing is, as the hotel is close to the main plaza with many restaurants, I hope the hotel will have ways to clearn and prevent roaches from getting inside the rooms.

According to the hotel information, there is air conditioning in all rooms. This point is directly false. What it does have is central air heating to heat the hotel on cold nights. However, on hot nights, like in April, you don't have the option of turning on the air conditioning to cool the room, and the heating is set to 25 degrees, which is outrageous. Requested to activate the air conditioning at reception, they communicate that it is not possible. It was also not possible to request a room with a double bed since there was no availability, despite the fact that many couples had left the hotel that day because it was the end of the week. To top it off, they didn't answer the phone either, and the first time they did, they put me on hold, and when I was on hold, they hung up. For the rest, the rooms are correct and the cleanliness too. The service is minimal, and therefore the quality of service is poor. Breakfast, given the price and the offer, we didn't even think about it, in the square there are better and cheaper options.

Disappointed with our stay Travelling from England to Alicante and decided to stay here as reviews good. Hotel ok but the room we was allocated was off a internal vent shaft curtains didn't draw properly so light shined through all night from hallway. The room was uncomfortably hot 24 Celsius.. tried turning the heating down by room stat but doesn't control nothing complain a couple of times at reception and was informed that the heating is controlled by them He said that he will cool the whole floor 3rd floor down which he did. However 1/2 later heat was coming from the vent shaft and couldn't be stopped. so a very restless night not refreshed for the rest of the journey We paid the 13.5 euro for parking but i wouldn't recommend it if you have a large car . Directions to car park take you up a 1 way street then down the next one way street to park underground . the street is more f a alleyway and you can see where lots of other cars have hit the walls on both sides Our car is a peugeot 3008 so quite big but not the biggest I would suggest if using the parking to go via the post office at the back which comes out in the same road as car park entrance bays in car park are also very small appreciate it is in the old town centre
Apart from above the rest of the hotel is fine i.e. bathroom beds etc tv was also good as used fire stick to get english chanels with good wifi

En un viaje de varias ciudades seleccionamos Teruel para recargarnos una noche, procedentes en tren de Valencia, y tanto como nos felicitamos por hacerlo, nos lamentamos por apartar solo una noche para una ciudad que tiene todo cerca, caminable, amable, el hotel es muy acogedor y las habitaciones te permiten estar muy holgado, hay sitios de buen comer muy cerca y manzanas y manzanas de sitios para conocer, fuera del casco histórico la ciudad tiene mucho que ver en una u otra dirección, bajar por ejemplo la Atalaya de San Julián o ascensor panorámico es bello, ver los puentes como el viaducto de Fernando Hue, los parques, hasta las casas para adultos mayores, en algo y con sus propias perspectivas, evoca a Toledo con unas dimensiones menores, donde todo esta cerca y es amigable... y el Hotel... oh... que habitación tán cálida y qué personal tan dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda, notable en instalaciones y en calidad humana... tanta historia, tanto paisaje, tanto descanso, muchos motivos para querer retornar y el servicio de ducha épico para un baño recordable. Limpio, sobrio, elegante.
