酒店停車方便，步入大堂，前台接待的熱情周到讓我和家人感覺心情愉快，房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，早餐品種蠻多的，味道不錯。酒店旁邊有個麗川森林公園，早上去走一走非常愜意。入住體驗一級棒！

城市便捷是東呈旗下不咋的酒店，毛巾浴巾舊的比我家裡的還不如，設施老化，服務沒漢庭的好，早餐衹是最基本的，價格又相對比較高。不看好城市便捷酒店。

酒店整體乾淨整潔
提前打電話問了能不能帶寵物，告知可以，但是要給200按金 如果退房沒有弄臟弄壞東西就會退。
結果退房的時候，説經理不在，加微信一會兒退，等我走了就説房間有異味要扣50清潔費。
異味個鏟，小體狗，不上床，沒在房間屎尿。如果有弄臟我肯定賠償，明顯就是故意找扣。我堅持要給我合理理由，不然就投訴，結果立馬就退了按金。何必呢？不然一開始就直接告知有50清潔費，我接受了就是我的事。差這50吃肉嗎？

一進大門前台就很熱情的打招呼，前台有位小姐姐笑容滿滿，贊一個！大堂非常寬敞，酒店總枱設定在靠裡麪的位置，旁邊還有寬敞的沙發，很方便和客户聊天。早餐品種很豐富，前台有個小姐姐服務很好，應該是經理，回答問題很專業，辦理手續的時候笑得甜甜的，讓人感到特別舒適。衞生很是乾淨清爽，一次性用品質量非常好，房間裏有一種淡淡的清香。還有洗衣房有洗衣機和烘乾機，功能強大，貼心的是，總之讓人感覺很好

衞生很好，設備方面也很好，每天都清潔打掃乾淨，有洗衣房又方便，就是衣服下雨天要在樓上晾曬時不太好，要是在樓頂有個好位置給晾曬更完美了。前台和收拾房間大姐服務也很好，最好的是每天早上都有早餐，都很方便我們住客，要是能有些早餐定期變換會更好，最好酒店每天也能推出一些特價房讓消費者覺得便宜就好
