We stayed just one night and didn’t use any of the other amenities the hotel has to offer. This review is strictly about the room. The bed was large, plush, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the tub was large, the water pressure was high, and the soap smelled incredible (kind of like bananas). The room itself was large, comfortable, and had three televisions! The hotel seems wall-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We didn’t have a view of the River, but the view we had was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others coming into Tianjin.

Disappointing. 1. Was greeted poorly upon arrival by front desk staff who not only spoke close to no English but had terrible attitudes. 2. We were initially ignored when we said we wanted to check in and were only attended to, albeit rather rudely, when we repeated ourselves. 3. It totally spoiled our first impression of The St. Regis as we expected at the very least, basic courtesy at check in from an establishment which brands itself as a ”luxury hotel” 4. The front desk staff's command of English was so poor that they told us check out time was at 8pm, only corrected after we clarified. The staff was also unable to confirm if payment was made, and we had to type it out on our phones to verify that payment will be deducted from a deposit. 5. None of the other usual information (eg. Wifi details, pool/gym opening hours was relayed to us). 6. Poor cleanliness at some areas: Additionally, plates at breakfast were dirty (brown liquid stains on them) and there was litter in the elevators. 7. Management really ought to invest in training the staff better. 8. On our part, we really would not recommend visitors to Tianjin to stay at The St. Regis. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.

The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

Normally I am very satisfied with this hotel but this time the pool & the gym we’re closed - I just booked this hotel because of these facilities. If the hotel would show this information on the APP before, I wouldn’t have booked this stay here… I am disappointed this time. The room service also took about 25 minutes longer as expected & the “fresh” pineapple juice was definitely NOT fresh! - it was from a bottle & not as in the description. The watermelon juice was fresh & OK. The breakfast selection was also very limited this time - I ate something outside after this breakfast…

I have been at the Hotel for three days and I can say that my experience has been wonderful because and everyone who works in it is wonderful people and the Hotel is clean and the most important thing is that it is indicated in a good direction a super beautiful central place where the Hotel is located and also the staff staff has helped me in everything I have needed and there were moments when I have gone down to iron the clothes and they have helped me with the iron and everything is wonderful I give it a 10/10 and in the future I would like to be able to go back there I have had the best possible experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Give it a five-star, it takes only six or seven minutes to walk to the ancient cultural street. Highly recommend the Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel. The hotel is new, room is spacious and clean; the breakfast served in variety choice from cold dishes to hot dishes. The hotel location close to Jing Dong shopping mall and food street; easy to access to the tourist spots too. The staffs are friendly & helpful; especially Ms Zhu Tong Xin, would like to say big thanks to her help during our stay. Big Thumbs up! The first time I came to Tianjin, I chose a hotel in Jianguo. It did not disappoint. Tianjin is generally low in prices, and the hotel is the same, and the price is very high. The location is on the edge of the Haihe River. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the old street and the Tianjin Eye. Walking on the edge of the Haihe River, watching people sing and dance, a cruise ship sailing in the lighted Haihe River, I feel that the people of Tianjin are so happy. My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

I really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.
