房間還是很寬敞的，隔音效果也不錯，至少沒有聽到很吵鬧的聲音。就是衞生間環境有點不好，上廁所被洗衣機擋着了，然後下面有點漏水，其他還是可以的

無論哪方面都差的離譜，環境，衞生，價格就沒一個好的，晚上都不敢出門，樓道里也特嚇人連個燈都沒有，實際離地鐵站也很遠。
