As a first visit to this hotel, I have difficulty to find the hotel. Front counter two gentlemen was helpful and resourceful. Very clean and comfortable room to stay.
Overall I give a 5 stars to this hotel.
To the management and staff,
I thank you very much and happy working.
Will visit again when I come to Tianjin

The carpet was humid (I don’t know if from cleaning or something else). But the hotel is very good very big rooms and usually very clean.

It was an amazing stay!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially miss Cassidy (I hope I remember it right, Chinese name 刘迎) who saved my trip!! Without her I wouldn't get back home on time and I will be forever grateful!!!!
The room is clean and very comfortable.
Totally recommend staying here.
