距離天津地鐵站很近，自5號口出，右轉走180米就到了，地理位置非常優越。
板娘很熱情，笑容常在，還幫忙提行李。
房間麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，算是比較乾淨，雖然需要自備洗漱用品，但很有家庭温馨的感覺。

差評大大的差評，雙床給的上下鋪，還不能給退，去一次坑一次，大家千萬不要去，梳子都沒有，開空調還得自費，無語死了，異味大，睡覺都沒敢脱衣服。床不敢翻身，滋啦亂響。

房間太小，伸展不開，價格也不算低。就位置還行吧，離天津站很近很近。隔音就不要指望了，房型要不要期待了。有選擇的話別住一樓，

設施很不完善，洗浴設備和產品不方便，空調不好用，拖鞋衞生差，馬桶不乾淨，用電不方便，也沒有吹風機，房間很小，床不舒服，很硬，衞生狀況不太好。

預訂好房間後，去外面吃了個飯。回來準備睡覺，一掀被子，臭蟲滿床跑。捏死一個拿去退房，老闆卻已預訂酒店為由扣了五十八元錢。一分鐘沒呆，這五十八元錢花的有點冤。
