房東特別好，由於當天凌晨才到達天津，第二天晚上才出發去北京，房東幫忙預存行李在房間，入住也非常方便

房間位置不錯整體衞生尚可，周邊超市飯館種類豐富，屋內佈置跟照片差不多有年代感，樓下停車場和車位每小時六元

沒有服務，酒店沒有梳子，浴巾每天不換，牙刷得你一直去要才會給你，服務態度還差的不行，看着就是長期沒人住，脱鞋上全都是灰。不推薦訂

地理位置很好，樓下葯店、飯管、公交都有，而且也很安靜，一開始的房間空調聲音大，第二天老闆給換了一間屋子，很積極解決問題，而且房間內我有電視、沙發、洗衣機、熱水器、微波爐等物品可以使用，總體來説挺好的

沒有給一次性牙刷牙膏，上一個房客的垃圾也不倒，也沒人打掃衞生，不知道怎麼回事。。。很失望。。。。
